IMPORTANT CHANGES TO MY MASSAGE PRACTICE

I am looking to sublease my professional space 3 days a week. If anyone can suggest other places to post I'd appreciate your thoughts. Here are the details:

$300/month for massage space available on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday of every week. No additional hidden costs.

Space Details: Quiet space, fully furnished, well maintained, calm and welcoming. Comfort Craft Power lift table w/foot pedestals. Pillows and bolsters at your disposal and an AMAZING stool. Free wifi. Microwave in office.

Building Details: GREAT LOCATION! Located in an accessible building at the crossroads of Delmar & McKnight (@170). Tons of parking. Elevator access. Quiet space, well maintained, secure, lots of professionals in building so it feels very safe space for new (aka unknown) clients. Attentive landlord.

I will only rent to one therapist and you will have access to all three days as you see fit. Respect for mutual space is a must! The only thing you need to supply are sheets, blanket, speaker, and oils. There is room in the office for you to store all these things and you are responsible to launder your own linens.

Candidate must pay for background check w/St. Louis County Police Department, furnish a copy of Massage License and Certificate of Insurance.

COST: $300/month for access to all three days for the month -- I am willing to negotiate if I can have occasional access on Monday or Tuesday. I am looking to start immediately and will prorate if moving in mid-month.
