My yoga classes on Tuesdays give me such joy!

One is at a corporate gym class closed to the Public but my library classes sponsored by the St. Louis County library are absolutely FREE and open to the public. The adult library class is a gentle class designed to nourish the body and mind.

Also, once a month is kid’s yoga designed for all ages with Fun! Themes each month!

Next month is Halloween Kid’s 🎃 👻 Yoga so wear your costumes and bring your boo breath for some family fun!

It’s been a passion project I’ve been writing and illustrating for over a year to give people of all ages a quick and fun guide of breathing exercises to calm their bodies and minds.

I use these breathing exercises in all my art and yoga classes I teach for all ages.

For the next 3 Mondays and 2 Tuesdays I will be subbing yoga for my dear friend Neha Joyesh at The Asana Yoga & Wellness at 5:30 pm while she visits her family in India. If you are in the Ballwin area come yoga with me!

Also, Kid’s Yoga at Thornhill Library next Tuesday at 9:30 AM. And Yogalates at Optum’s Chesterfield’s Corporate Gym on Tuesdays at 11 AM weekly.
