Our bodies feel different everyday, every week, every month, every season. The great thing about practicing in the summer is the heat already has our body warm when you step in the hot room allowing you to feel your poses and deepen them in a different way allowing to stretch those muscles further.
Winter we have to work a little harder to warm our body up but it is the perfect time to work building that strength in our poses.
