This week has been stressful. It suddenly dawned on me—I rarely take a vacation as an entrepreneur. I decided to change that and started my morning with yoga, which was the perfect reset. Immediately, in that quiet space, I heard my inner voice: “Allow yourself the grace you always encourage and practice what you teach" Electing to take today off for self-care.
