Knot Magic Muscle Therapy is looking to hire TWO therapists.

We are looking for a new graduate and someone with a year to two years experience.

We have our own technique called I.B.A.R. which is a methodology that helps people obtain optimum health by addresses all aspects of the body.

We pay hourly and based on revenue sharing. We offer group insurance and pick up half the premiums.

We are only looking for committed therapists wanting to work full-time hours.

With the St. Louis City and St. Louis country Stay-at-home order, Knot Magic will be closed until April 23rd based on the guidelines given to us by our government leaders.
We feel strongly that it is very important that we

Is ice or heat best?

Ice therapy is best 24-48 hours after the initial injury. Also, ice is great if the area of discomfort is caused by inflammation.

Ice rules: 20 minutes on, 40 minutes off. Always put a wet towel between the ice pack and your skin.

Heat: Best for tight muscles. A heated pack in the microwave works better than an electric, it dives deeper into the muscles.

Heat rules: 20 minutes on, 40 minutes off. And, be careful the heat pack is not too hot, for it can burn the skin.

Alternating between ice and heat for the next 48 -72 hours will help the healing process.
