Dr Gail Cloud, DC, Body Presencing

Dr Gail Cloud, DC, Body Presencing Chiropractic Physician, Family Systems Facilitator, and Psychological & Medical Astrologer and author of the book, Therapist's Daughter. I live in St.

I want to be vital until the day someone lays me in the grave. That is why I became a chiropractor over 20 years ago. I am passionate about anything that relates to well-being. Louis with my inspiring husband and beloved dogs. As a chiropractor, I act as an interpreter so my patients can listen to, understand and integrate what their bodies are saying to them so they can live more whole, healthy and vital lives. Then they are able to interact with the world in a way that contributes to us living in peace, and with joy and prosperity. As a facilitator in the Family Constellation work and family systems work, and as a life coach, I assist my clients towards knowing who they are and being who they are in the world, always connected to their families and their communities, and yet separate from them so they can live lives of wholeness and vitality and contribute to the world living in peace, joy, and prosperity. I have trained with Debra Silverman and am certified by Debra Silverman as one of her astrologers, and also trained with Judith Hill, and is training with Demetra George to further my study and understanding of the science and art of astrology. I interweave the power and understanding astrology gives us into my work in a unique way that integrates one’s understanding of oneself, and the dynamics of, and the voices of those we carry inside of us through our lineage and our family of birth. I give a unique approach to the therapeutic process and to the ways in which astrology can be used to help us to accept ourselves, to understand ourselves and our purpose, and help us to grow and heal as individuals.

Spring is here!

We often think of spring cleaning our homes this time of year but Spring is also about renewal within ourselves.

It’s a time to look at our routines.
What is supporting you?
What may be ready to shift?

Sometimes even small changes (how we move, how we begin our day, how we take care of our bodies) can bring a sense of freshness and new energy.

What in your daily routine feels nourishing right now?
What feels heavy, outdated, or no longer needed?
What small change could bring more ease or energy into your day?

We don’t need to overhaul everything. Just a small shift, done consistently, can create meaningful change.

If you’d like support in creating routines that help your body feel more open, grounded, and supported, I offer Fascial Maneuver classes, BodyPresencing™ sessions, and one-on-one guidance.

With care,
Gail

I want to share something that felt very eye-opening to me this past winter.

I found myself out shoveling snow for about 90 minutes, in my 70s, and what stood out to me was not just that I could do it, but how different it felt compared to just a year ago.

There was more ease. More strength. More resilience in my body. And I realized how much my daily routine, including Fascial Maneuvers, has made a difference.

These small, consistent practices add up. They support the body in ways we do not always notice right away, but over time, they create real change.

It is not about pushing harder. It is about working with the body, listening to it, and giving it what it needs to stay mobile, supported, and strong.

If you are noticing changes in your body, or simply want to feel better moving through your day, I would love to help guide you. This work is for everyone, at any stage.

Gail

Let’s take a moment together and ask a few simple questions.

What makes you happy?
What brings you joy?
How do you engage with yourself?
Who do your view yourself as?

You do not need to have quick answers. The purpose is simply to pause and allow the questions to land.

Let’s take a small moment together and do a mental exercise.

Often, joy and clarity come from slowing down and listening more deeply. If you would like support in reconnecting with yourself in this way, I offer work through BodyPresencing™, Fascial Maneuvers, and one-on-one sessions to help you build a more grounded, connected relationship with yourself and others.

Today I’d like to talk about slowing down.

This morning, I spent about 10 minutes simply sitting with a painting and softening my pace. Not analyzing it, not doing anything productive, just allowing myself to look at it.

If you had 10 minutes right now, what would help you slow down?

It doesn’t have to be complicated. It could be stillness, movement, stepping outside, or simply noticing something in front of you with more presence.

These small moments are not small. They are how we come back to ourselves.

If you’d like support in creating more of this steadiness, through gentle movement, awareness, and routine, I offer BodyPresencing™ sessions, Fascial Maneuver classes, and one-on-one work to help you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

If someone had told you in 2019 what 2020-2026 would look like, would you have believed them?

We are living in a very different world now. There has been so much change and information coming at us have you noticed if you feel more connected to your inner self or less? More clear or more overwhelmed?

How do we learn to flow with change without losing ourselves? I’d like to bring the focus back to inner peace, joy, and a sense of quiet happiness.

If you’d like support in reconnecting with yourself amidst all the noise, I offer work through BodyPresencing™, Fascial Maneuvers, and one-on-one sessions to help you come back to that place of clarity and steadiness.

Part of life is making plans and sometimes watching them change in ways we never expected.

Plans can be derailed by a loss, a disappointment, or a sudden change in direction. One of the deepest examples is when someone we love dies. Even when we know life continues, there is often a period where we must slowly find our balance again.

Have you ever noticed where those emotions live in your body?

Grief, disappointment, or shock do not just stay in our thoughts. They often settle somewhere physically; the chest, the stomach, the shoulders, the throat. When we begin to gently notice where these feelings are held, something begins to shift. The body starts to speak, and we begin to understand ourselves more deeply.

Learning how to listen to what our body is holding can help us move through difficult moments. Through BodyPresencing™, Fascial Maneuvers, and one-on-one sessions, I help people reconnect with their bodies and work through emotional experiences in ways that support both physical and emotional healing. I invite you to learn more.

Many people today are searching for someone to follow. Someone who seems to have the answers or whose voice feels certain when our own feels unclear.

There is nothing wrong with learning from teachers or mentors. We all need guidance at times. But before anyone else can guide you, you must begin learning to listen to yourself.

A true mentor does not replace your voice. A true mentor helps you hear it more clearly.

My work through BodyPresencing™, mentoring, and body-based practices is about helping you become agent of your own life. If you feel ready to trust yourself more deeply, I would be honored to support you.

Gail

Have you ever noticed how quickly something can emotionally “blow you around”?

You read something that disturbs you.
An unexpected bill arrives.
You realize you hurt someone’s feelings.
You didn’t get the job you hoped for.

Suddenly, you feel unsteady, reactive, ungrounded.

I talk about what it means to become rooted instead of blown about. Grounding ourselves does not mean we stop feeling. It means we learn how to stay present while we feel.

Rooting begins in the body. In the breath. In awareness. In noticing what is happening inside instead of only reacting to what is happening outside.

This is work I support people with through BodyPresencing™, Fascial Maneuvers and one-on-one consultations. Learning how to regulate the nervous system, soften reactivity, and respond from steadiness rather than fear.

Gail

Winter can be a beautiful season, but it can also feel isolating.

The shorter days, the cold, the quiet, they naturally invite us inward. Sometimes that is nourishing and sometimes it can feel lonely or heavy, especially if we are already carrying stress, grief, or disconnection.

I want to remind you that winter has its own rhythm.
Nature rests. The body slows. The nervous system often asks for more warmth, more gentleness, more care.

This is a season to:
• stay connected in simple ways
• keep small routines that ground you
• move your body gently
• breathe, soften, and listen inward

Reach out when you need support. You do not have to do this season alone.

Through BodyPresencing™, mentoring, Family Constellation work, and Fascial Maneuvers, I help people reconnect. To themselves, to their bodies, and to others. If you would like support during this quieter time of year, I’m here.

Gail

Valentine’s Day is coming up, and it’s a beautiful time to reflect on the heart. Our hearts guide us in many ways. They speak through intuition. They speak through care. And sometimes they speak through what feels heavy or unspoken.

Today’s message is an invitation to check in:
How are you communicating with the people you care about?
Are you following your heart’s quiet knowing?
And are you caring for your heart physically as well? Through breath, movement, and gentleness toward yourself?

So much healing happens when we begin to live from the heart, not only from the mind.

If you would like support in connecting more deeply with yourself, your relationships, or your body, I offer sessions through BodyPresencing™, as well as Fascial Maneuver work and mentoring.

Gail

Have you ever seen the movie Groundhog Day?
I think of it as a metaphor for how many of us live: repeating the same patterns, reactions, and choices, even when a part of us knows something needs to change.

These patterns don’t repeat because we’re doing something wrong. They repeat because they’re asking to be seen, understood, and gently worked with. Until we listen, the lesson keeps coming back.

When we slow down and bring awareness to what’s happening (emotionally and in the body) we begin to recognize where we’re stuck and what’s asking for attention. That’s where change happens.

Through BodyPresencing™, gentle Fascial Maneuvers, Family Constellation work, and one-on-one support, I help people notice these patterns and find new ways of responding.

If this resonates, let’s talk.

I’ve been thinking about something many of us carry quietly.

Who, or what, in your life have you not made peace with yet?
Perhaps something left unsaid. A regret. An old hurt. Especially when someone has passed, the unfinished pieces can live on in our bodies and hearts in ways we don’t always realize.

Today, I’d like to invite you into a gentle reflection:
What might it be like to soften some of that old anger or pain, not to erase it, but to allow more space for peace?

When we begin to release what has been held tightly for so long, something shifts, not only emotionally, but physically as well.

In my work through BodyPresencing™, Family Constellations, and body-based practices, I help people explore these places safely and compassionately, allowing healing to unfold in ways that feel authentic and deeply personal.

If this touches something in you, I’m here.

Gail
