There is an epidemic of loneliness. So many people feel afraid to speak openly or to be who they truly are. Everything can feel polarized, and that makes it even harder to reach for one another.
I’ve been thinking about this a lot, and I’d like to share a simple exercise. One that helps us slow down, come back into our bodies, and remember that connection begins with presence. When we feel ourselves more clearly, it becomes easier to meet others with honesty and kindness.
