This June, National Smile Month encourages you to focus on your oral health and strive for a healthy, beautiful smile! Our experienced hygienists share the following tips to enhance your oral health.
1.) Brush your teeth for two minutes, last thing at night and one other time during the day with fluoride toothpaste.
2.) Clean between your teeth with floss or interdental brushes and use fluoride mouthwash every night.
3.) Decrease your consumption of sugary foods and drinks.
4.) Visit a dentist regularly.
