Spring has a way of making people want a fresh start.
We start getting questions like:
“Where do I even begin?”
“Why do I still feel off even when I’m trying to do the right things?”
One thing we talk about a lot in our office is this:
your body is designed to adapt and heal—it just needs the right kind of support.
This article explains that idea really well, especially this time of year when people are trying to reset their routines.
If you’ve been feeling a little stuck health-wise, this is a good read 🤍
One of Dr. Mungenast’s favorite things about chiropractic? Getting to care for the whole family.
From infants to grandparents, her goal is to help every patient achieve better movement, better function, and better overall health.
She believes true wellness starts with a properly functioning nervous system—and chiropractic care is a powerful way to support that.
Because when your body works better, life feels better. 💛

Not sleeping well
Feeling stressed all the time
Always a little tense
A lot of people don’t realize how connected that all is to the nervous system.
That’s a big part of what we’re working on when we adjust, not just pain, but how your body is functioning as a whole.

Our staff is heading home before the expected inclement weather. We will be intermittently monitoring the phone, texts, and email through the afternoon, so please reach out or go to our booking site to schedule an appointment!

Quick reminder that healing doesn’t have to be complicated.
Sometimes it looks like:
→ getting adjusted
→ supporting your body with things like red light
→ and giving your system what it needs to reset
That’s what we focus on here 🤍

Your body goes through incredible changes during pregnancy. Prenatal chiropractic care supports alignment and balance along the way.

If you’ve had a baby… what surprised you most about postpartum?
We hear so many different answers in our office—and honestly, most of them come back to the same thing:
‘No one told me it would be like this.’
This article does a really good job explaining that early postpartum season (the fourth trimester) and why support matters so much.

Caring for the tiniest patients 💛👶
While in chiropractic school, Dr. Mungenast discovered a passion for working with pregnant moms, babies, and children and she’s been all in ever since.
She completed extensive additional training and earned her Certification in Pediatric Chiropractic Care to better serve growing families.
From pregnancy to newborns to kids (and parents too!), she loves helping families stay healthy through every stage of life.
Because healthy families start with a strong foundation. 🙌

A lot of parents come in thinking chiropractic is just for adults…
But kids go through a lot too. Birth, growth, learning to walk, bumps, falls… it adds up.
We focus on helping their little bodies stay balanced so they can grow and develop the way they’re meant to.

Lately we’ve been loving adding red light therapy to visits ❤️
It’s one of those things that feels simple but makes a big difference—helping your body recover, reduce inflammation, and just function better overall.
A lot of our patients say they leave feeling more relaxed and recharged (which we love to hear).
If you’ve been curious about it, ask us next time you’re in!

As kids grow, their nervous systems are constantly adapting. Pediatric chiropractic care supports healthy communication between the brain and body.
