Golden Care Alliance Consumer Directed Services Consumer directed services programs are open to Missouri Medicaid eligible individuals 18 years of age and up.

Golden Care Alliance is a family owned Consumer Directed Services (CDS) provider through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. These individuals must be approved for services through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) needs assessment. An individual who has a physical disability can get services through a CDS program, however they must be able to direct t
