EverTrue has committed as the Presenting Sponsor of the St. Louis Walk to End Alzheimer's and as a supporting sponsor for nine additional Walk to End Alzheimer's events across the Midwest and East regions, as part of its continued efforts toward increasing awareness and support for individuals living with memory loss.

"At EverTrue, we recognize that no matter where an individual or a family is on their journey with dementia, having compassionate support and collaboration in care yields the best outcomes," said Adam Marles, President and CEO of EverTrue. "Partnering with the Alzheimer's Association on these walks allows us to elevate awareness of Alzheimer's and its effects on individuals, families and caregivers while showing our unwavering support for those living with dementia."

EverTrue's innovative StillYou® care approach is utilized in all of its 10 Memory Support communities. StillYou® works at all levels of an individual's journey with dementia, offering holistic care that provides specialized programming focusing on relationships, activity, and inclusion, while also offering caregiver wellbeing and resources.

In addition to the sponsorship, EverTrue is recognizing its commitment to dementia care by offering a special t-shirt for its team members and walkers – the shirt features original flower artwork created by residents in the Memory Support neighborhoods across the country.

Annmarie Wallis, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, has been named a 2025 Future Leader by WTWH Healthcare. This prestigious national recognition honors standout professionals under the age of 40 who are shaping the future of aging services.

Annmarie was selected for her visionary leadership, strategic expertise and deep commitment to our mission: Older Adults Living Life to the Fullest.

Over the past year, she led the organization through our historic rebrand — from Lutheran Senior Services to EverTrue — managing her team through every facet of the transition, including internal communications, brand identity, website launch and public messaging. Her leadership during this time ensured that the rollout was not only effective, but inclusive and thoughtful.

"This recognition is truly a reflection of the incredible team I have the privilege to work alongside. ⚾️ Five older adults in hospice care and their caretakers took a turn on the field recently at a St. Louis Cardinals game with some fun that included pre-game activities, including player warmups, hanging with Mascot Hall of Fame winner Fred Bird, and meeting Cardinals broadcaster Bengie Molina as part of the EverTrue Memorable Moments initiative.

EverTrue Memorable Moments provides residents in our Hospice and Palliative Care programs with meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime experiences to create memories for the resident and their loved ones. ❤️

🧢 We are so grateful to the St. Louis Cardinals, a valued community partner, for helping us multiply joy to our residents and their families

GUIDE provides comprehensive assessments and care plans through online educational training, followed with community-based services like meals and transportation, as well as support for caregivers. 🍽️🚗👩‍⚕️

We went on a joyride for Black History Month today to Greenwood Cemetery established in 1874. In 2016, was placed on the St Louis County Historic Landmarks and most recently bestowed the honor of being listed on the National Underground Railway Network. We got to drive by the grave of Harriet Robinson Scott, wife of Dred Scott U.S. Supreme Court freedom suit plaintiff.

Residents along for the ride referred to family members buried there and reminisced at how far this cemetery has come since volunteers worked to restore and preserve the cemetery over the last 10 years. Our 100-year-old resident, Louisa, told us that her grandmother, all of her grandmother’s siblings, and others she knew were buried there. As we drove through the cemetery listening to a recording about the history and renovation of the site, she said “There was a time you were sad to burry your loved ones here years ago because it was so over-run. This looks wonderful. They did a wonderful job fixing this up.”

1st graders from Our Lady of Lourdes school came over yesterday to play ‘Christmas Guess Who’ with us! The kiddos had to ask residents yes or no questions to find out which Christmas character they were (like Santa, the gingerbread man, baby Jesus, the grinch…) Residents enjoyed so many giggles and sweet interactions with these kids. We all sang some songs together before saying farewell! Thanks for the visit kids! Our Lady of Lourdes - University City
