Congratulations to Eddie Baur, our July 2025 TAUC Hero! Eddie is the definition of reliable. He hasn’t missed a single shift or been late once this entire year (WOW!). But his dedication doesn’t stop there. Eddie is a true team player, always ready to jump in and help wherever needed. He even takes the initiative to assist with extra tasks, like beehiving information, going above and beyond to support the team and our patients.

He’s the kind of teammate you’re thrilled to see on the schedule, and his positive energy and strong work ethic make every shift better. Honestly, we wish we could clone him! Way to go, Eddie!

Congratulations to our May 2024 TAUC Hero, Chuck Rotter! Chuck started in TAUC’s EMT class and it was immediately evident he was motivated and his head was in the right place. Since completing TAUC's EMT program, Chuck has gone on to become a Team Lead, an Inventory Liaison, and is also on the Facilities team. Chuck tackles as many items as he can every day to ensure all centers can function as they should. Chuck always wants to do whatever he can to help TAUC succeed and grow. Way to go, Chuck!

The temperature isn’t the only thing rising this summer, so are COVID-19 cases. Kelly Baynes, Senior VP of Clinical Operations, says that spike in positive cases is appearing earlier this year than she has seen previously, with an increase from 10% to 30% in just the last month alone.
