happy ! i am wishing you abundance, divine blessings, & clarity today. i’ve been revisiting yoga philosophy through reading. right now i am rereading The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele & i just finished reading the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

these books have inspired me to strive for more emotional balance. one of the hardest things for me to do is to have compassion & understanding for ppl & their behaviors.

it’s tough as i am constantly navigating social relationships out in the world that rarely offer that same compassion back, but the key is letting it go. i am proud of the growth that keeps me from harping on such situations.

i can still sleep at night, & continue to have joy & give gratitude for being so blessed in this life. anyway, i hope you love these memes. save them, share them, & repost them if you like! happy monday! peace & love 🩷🩷🩷
