You know you’re getting old (and we would like to think wiser…) when Lisa in HR reaches out to let you know that your office holds the highest average seniority within all Esse Health.
Not only do we have a high percentage of seniority we have many years of combined service and dedication.
Watson Pediatrics has a combined provider practice experience of 130 years. Our Triage nurses hold over 70 years of service. Our PSRs hold over 90 years of cumulative service, and our MAs have over 50 combined years of experience. The Office Manager has 27 years of seniority within Esse Health.
Our combined years of experience are why Watson Pediatrics works like a well-oiled machine. We work together as a team for our patient’s best outcomes. We tackle obstacles as a team. We hold our meetings as if we were the Knights of the Round Table, knowing all have valuable input. We are a great office with an All-Star staff. This is due to the dedication of providers and staff always striving to make things better for our patients, our office, the pediatric department and Esse Health as a whole. We love what we do. The years of our tenure speak for itself.
Thank You, Watson Pediatrics staff for your many dedicated years of service. And a special thank you to Dr. Karen Norton. A big part of our strength and performance is because of her creativity, hard work, dedication, and sheer grit.
Dr. Norton retired on June 30th after nearly 30 years of practice at Watson Pediatrics. Our office will not be the same without her. However, to honor her years of service and dedication, we will continue to work hard and strive to become even better.
