Thank you to everyone who is helping with the relief efforts! It's going to take a long time for many of our residents and businesses to get back on their feet.

Just a little over a week away until our group exercise class benefitting the Missouri Chapter of the American Diabetes Association:
SMTC will be specifically raising funds for Camp EDI (Education, Diet & Insulin) in Potosi, MO, an overnight camp where youth campers with diabetes will learn critical skills needed to thrive while managing their diabetes. Attending camp helps children develop social skills, self-respect and life-long friendships. Campers meet others just like them while encouraging independence, building self-confidence and gaining an awareness of a healthy lifestyle through education, nutrition, exercise, glucose control, and emotional well-being.
Come join us for an all levels and ages exercise class on May 17. Can't make it? Donations will still be accepted through May 19.
