It may not be easy, but it will be worth it!

Stop knocking on that closed door. It's the Universe's way of protecting you from what isn't meant for you. Look for your door; it's open and waiting for you to walk through it.

All the mistakes I ever made in my life were when I wanted to say no, and said yes.

The Universe never takes anything from you until it's ready to replace it with something much better.

May you always choose yourself and know that it is ok to let go.

Be proud of the things that you had to endure that tried to destroy you but couldn't.

He who does not understand your silence will probably not understand your words.

We always ignore our instincts, and as time goes by, we soon see that they were right all along.

Your worst battle is between what you know and what you feel.

Have more than you show, speak less than you know.

We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are.

I'm not in this world to live up to your expectations and you're not in this world to live up to mine.

There's always some truth behind "just kidding", knowledge behind every "I don't know", emotions behind "I don't care" and pain behind "it's okay".

Spend as much time improving yourself as you spend wishing for a better life.

When you know your worth, no one can make you feel worthless.

We must accept the end of something in order to begin something new.

Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal.

Be better than every previous version of yourself.

Before you can be someone else's rock you have to build yourself a foundation of self-love.

I don't think people realize how much strength it takes to pull your own self out of a poisonous situation with someone you love deeply. So if you've done that today or any day, I'm proud of you.

Now it's time to let go. Let go of the past, and stop reliving it.

Your past is a lesson... Not a life sentence. Forgive yourself and focus on the future.

You are amazing. Remember that.

The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.

Save the excuses. it's not about having time. It's about making time. If it matters, you will make time.
