I had a great time with Golf Professional Will Schatz giving a Golf Workshop at my office last night. Unfortunately, our Golf Fitness Trainer Chris Tomlin was not able to attend, but Will and I had a great discussion with the 2 golfers who attended. The Workshop covered the 3 ways a golfer can improve: move their body better, make their body stronger, and learn how to use the improved body with a better golf swing via proper instruction. When you put together better movement with instruction that matches up with better movement, you can make a lot of improvement in your golf game!
