Our outpatient center in O’Fallon MO. recently received WELL Gold certification - a testament to SSM Health’s investment in healthy building design.

This state-of-the-art outpatient center opened one year ago in a growing area of western St. Charles County and provides all the care patients and their families need from primary and urgent care to specialty care, lab and imaging services, and a prescription center in one convenient location.

Achieving an esteemed WELL Gold certification under IWBI’s WELL at Scale program, reflects SSM Health’s deep commitment to creating healing environments that support the wellbeing of both caregivers and patients — making our spaces truly exceptional places to work and heal.

Today, SSM Health Foundation – St. Louis was proud to recognize the extraordinary generosity of three dedicated donors during the Native Prairie Garden Dedication Ceremony at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Lake St. Louis. Surrounded by Foundation Board Members, SSM Health leaders, and distinguished guests, we celebrated the meaningful contributions of David T. Orthwein, Mid-America Transplant, and the Medical Executive Committee at SSM Health St. Joseph – Lake St. Louis.

Thanks to their support, the Native Prairie Garden now serves as a tranquil sanctuary for prayer, reflection, and healing. This peaceful space welcomes patients, families, staff, and community members alike offering a moment to pause, connect with nature, and experience the beauty of the world around us.

Their generosity not only enhances the physical environment of our hospital campus but also reflects a deep commitment to the well-being of our community. We are deeply grateful for their partnership in advancing the Mission of SSM Health.

SSM Health DePaul Hospital – St. Louis and the St. Louis Area Foodbank are hosting a free food distribution Thursday, September 11, at 9 am to distribute free food to residents in need. No pre-registration required.
