I will never forget the first time I heard that in order to succeed in business you need to fail FASTER! 😮

I was like, WHAT?! I hate failing! 😭

I was a "straight A" student and always did what was right so avoiding failure was pretty much written in my DNA.

But what I realized is that I had a made up belief that if I failed I thought there was something wrong with ME!

I was not good enough or stupid to think ____ idea would work.

But the hard truth is that when you choose to be an entrepreneur you are 100% guaranteed to make a mistake,
(and it has nothing to do with your ability or identity😘)

And the power comes to you when you learn how to run head first into failure and realize you wont die, but instead you become UNSTOPPABLE 🔥

So what have you been avoiding for fear of failure? Go do that now. 👊

I'll be honest, the past few months I have "let my hair down" a little bit with food & exercise. 🍪

As a former Eating Psychology Health Coach I know what I need to bring my relationship with food & exercise back in alignment...

I have just been taking my time with it lately instead of forcing my way back to where I want to be. 🥰

But today I was thinking,

"Who I am to help health coaches when I am feeling a little off with my own health right now. " 🤨

Then I realized how - that was just my perfectionist brain trying to sabotage me again.

If you struggle with these thoughts - know if anything, not being perfect allows your prospects and clients to see you as more relatable and they will respect you more for it.

Show up as you are and that IS ENOUGH.
You are enough. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

"Just tell me what to do and I'll do it!" 🔥

Sound familiar?!

As a Type "A" - high achiever I have always been a hard worker and good listener.

And am really good at doing things the "right way."

But as an entrepreneur part of the "right way" is checking in and making sure the path you choose is somewhere you ACTUALLY want to go. 🚶‍♀️

Sounds silly I know, but so many times I have followed a magic formula someone gave me AND HAD SUCCESS... only to realize I was miserable in my efforts. 😭

The good thing about being an entrepreneur is that there are SO MANY "right ways" that you can find one that truly aligns with the life you want to create.

So before you go looking for the next shiny object to get you results, ask "how do I want to feel once I get the results." 😉

There have been several times when I remember people signing up for something I was selling and I had NEVER seen them like or comment on my posts prior to that. 🤔

Here's why....

Even if your messaging is 100% clear and specific.....

it still takes 7-10 touches with a prospect before they buy......

and there is a good chance those people will not always engage with your content.

Why? - Because we are "creepers." 😏

We like to be a fly on the wall on someone's account but yet we are still gathering more and more evidence that we like that person (aka - we are willing to buy from them. 👏)

So,,,, find your super clear message and then be consistent because your hard work IS paying off even if you don't see it yet! 😉

I know that isn't true though because I have so much respect for people who show their mistakes because it means they are REAL PEOPLE and I can relate with them so much! 🥰

It's odd to me when people come to me seeking help with marketing but they think they have to "figure out what they are doing" first. 🤨

First off, if you think you are going to have "it figured out" when you first start then you are in for some disappointment.

Because I sure dont have it all figured out yet! Lol! 🤪

It is about getting into a space of openness and moving forward by seeking the resources you need now even when it might not be all put together in your head yet.

Otherwise procrastination will keep you hiding in your comfort zone forever.

So choose to speak possibility into your life today! 😍

Do you feel like you need to make a certain amount of money before you become a "legitimate" business?! 😫

I totally have been there!😭

With all of the gurus shouting their magic formula to 10k, 20k, 100k months it can make you feel like you AREN'T GOOD ENOUGH until you reach these lofty goals.

But the real, raw truth is that running an online business if FREAKING HARD and consistency is the golden ticket.

So if you are showing up feeling like an under-dog, confused and half wanting to crawl under your desk and die then clawing your way to your goal is gonna end in BURNOUT!😱

But what if I pulled back the curtain and showed you your life:
🔹️ making the money you want,
🔹️helping hundreds of people get massive healing & freedom
🔹️being able to travel
🔹️(insert the thing you really want)

Pause and FEEL that!😍
