Facing ourselves can be terrifying, but in it lies transformative power. In the many women's circles that I've attended or facilitated, one sacred ritual stands out—a practice of looking into the mirror, meeting our own eyes with intention and curiosity.

As we stand before the mirror and peel back the layers, confronting our thoughts, feelings, and vulnerabilities. It's a raw, honest moment of self-acceptance.

Yesterday was a sh*t day!

But today? Today is a whole different story.

Every day is a new opportunity to uncover more about myself. To understand my triggers, recognize my patterns, and ditch those old habits and beliefs that just don’t cut it anymore. It’s about moving through these challenges with a bit more grace each time.

I’m aiming for less time in those negative spaces. With steady dedication to healthier habits and mindsets, I’m working towards a life filled with vitality, not suffering.

It’s time I treat myself with the kindness and compassion I advocate to others everyday.

Hey there, lovely souls! Just throwing this out there that I am aware that I'm no angel and far from perfect, but my journey has been nothing short of a miraculous transformation.

Picture this: a young
woman, once lost in the whirlwind of parties and indulgence, now walks a path illuminated by gratitude, generosity, and positive vibes. What?!

In the midst of all that debauchery, the universe decided it was time for a cosmic nudge. A life-altering illness led me to face cancerous tumors, and through surviving that experience I emerged with a
renewed spirit. It was a wake-up call from the universe, whispering that there was more to this journey than met the eye.

I was first drawn to the soothing embrace of yoga, becoming a certified trauma-informed instructor as well as a Reiki Master/Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, Sound Healer, a Mentor and a guide for others seeking liberation.

My passions bloomed into a sanctuary—a transformative learning center—where ancient wisdom and the magic of energy work come together to empower kindred spirits like you.

Although still in the midst of life's ups and downs, I unraveled the threads of toxic connections, weaving in threads of resilience and authenticity.

And through the heartaches and triumphs, a path emerged, leading me to create 'Space to Shine'—a haven for personal growth and healing.

This is where I support influential talented people to Identify and dissolve the pain of their destructive behaviors and beliefs. To learn to navigate the winds of change in alignment, so that they can lead a vibrant fulfilling purposeful creative lives.
