A warm welcome to join us for another Woman’s Restorative Retreat at Janie’s cozy cabin in beautiful Wildwood, MO.

Nestled in the heart of nature, this tranquil setting makes an ideal setting for reconnection, relaxation, creativity, and introspection.

Our intention is to provide a distraction free, safe loving space where you can soften and allow stagnant energies to be cleared for a renewed sense of well-being!

This 6 hour retreat will include:

* Sound Healing + Guided Meditation

* Gentle Movement

* A Nourishing Lunch (Locally sourced + Vegetarian)

* Tea and snacks

* Creating Vision Boards

* Journaling

* Time in nature

* Optional sharing

Krystal has been a full-time licensed massage therapist since graduating from the Healing Arts Center {St. Louis, MO} in 2016. She is also a practicing Usui & Kundalini Reiki Master as well as a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist. She believes we all contain the innate ability to heal and uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment to unwind. Her knowledge of restorative massage techniques {swedish/deep tissue/myofascial release} as well as vibrational & sound therapy offers each individual a variety of options for their experience. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she addresses both physical and/or energetic issues, gently ushering you toward peace, balance and relaxation.
