Adapt of Missouri provides community based, recovery-oriented services for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.

Adapt of Missouri is a Community Mental Health Center that provides community support, psychosocial rehabilitation, advocacy, therapy, psychiatric care, medical care, and other services to adults who are working toward recovery. At Adapt, we create innovative solutions that support people as they work towards and sustain their own recovery. Adapt embraces a Recovery and Resiliency vision of treatment and services for persons living with mental illness. Building on each consumer's assets and the shared involvement of family, this model promotes hope, healing, empowerment and connection.
