Michael G. Smock, MD, Burn Care & Plastic Surgery providing comprehensive burn care in the greater St Louis region Dr. Smock serves as Medical Director of the regional burn center at Mercy Hospital - St. Louis.

The Burn Center is the primary regional burn care facility for the St. Louis region, including most of eastern Missouri & southern Illinois. Dr. Smock & his colleagues provide comprehensive burn care to adults and children, from acute care through rehabilitation and reconstruction. Dr. Smock is actively involved in medical education, as Associate Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at St. Louis

University School of Medicine. General surgery residents, plastic surgery residents and medical students regularly complete 1-3 month rotations with Dr. Smock and his colleagues to gain experience in burn care & plastic surgery. Dr. Smock also serves as a national faculty instructor for Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) courses. Memberships and certifications:
