• We are a licensed adult day center, providing continuous care up to 10 hours per day, Monday
through Friday
• Designed for disabled adults in need of daytime supervision, socialization, and support
• Accepts both Missouri Medicaid and Private Pay
clients
• Cost:
• FREE for Medicaid recipients
• Call for Private Pay current rates
• Program hours: Doors open at 8:00 AM - transportation begins shortly after
• Clients may arrive via Angel's Touch transportation or family drop-off

• Consumer Directed Services (CDS)
Empowers Medicaid-eligible individuals to hire a caregiver of their choice — friend or family (excluding spouse).
Services include: bathing, grooming, toileting, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation & more.

• In-Home Services (IHS)
Ideal for clients with greater care needs.
Includes: personal care, homemaker & chore support, advanced personal care, respite care, and nurse visits.

• Healthy Children & Youth (HCY)
Available to MO HealthNet children (birth–21). Must be Missouri residents in need of medically necessary services.

• Authorized Nurse Visits
Skilled care from licensed nurses (RN/LPN) when medically necessary.

• Private Pay Services
Available with a 3-hour minimum:
• Companion Services: social engagement, reminders, outings, etc.
• Home Support & Personal Care: cleaning, cooking, grooming, mobility, vital sign monitoring, and more.
