πŸ— Have a protein packed lunch. Eating a lunch high in refined carbs can lead to you feeling sluggish later.

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Go for a short walk or have a stretch break. This can improve energy and help you refocus.

πŸ’§ Drink a glass of water. Dehydration can feel like fatigue.

🍎 Choose a snack with protein and fiber like Greek yogurt with berries or apple slices with almond butter.
