I want you to know that you are incredibly brave to be here.

Some call this planet we call home “Earth School,” whereas I think of it as nothing more than an experiential playground.

Source (aka God, The Creator, The Universe...whatever) brought this realm into being because it desired to explore itself and expand its potentials for expression.

Knowing this truth from my core self doesn’t necessarily make everyday existence as a living, breathing human any easier - it just helps me have an anchor point that I can return to anytime I’m feeling caught up in this oftentimes overwhelming dream that is physical existence.

Finding your way back to knowing the original self outside of the programmed ego “self” is what the game is all about. Realizing this, you begin to pick up all the breadcrumbs and clues that spirit leaves for you along the way.

Then something amazing happens…

You start to finally wake up to that true, inner knowing. You learn that you can actually choose to just observe your human self go through their day by using your peaceful, unconditionally loving mind instead of getting caught up in the story.

It’s all about the widening and narrowing of your consciousness aperture at will. Seeing all angles within and around the margins of your being.

As we live in this 3D reality, our bodies act as rovers on a foreign planet, signaling all our experiences back to our true divine essence. This includes every bump, scrape, traumatic event, emotional high, emotional low, deep love, and hate that our bodies endure. When we don’t take the time and grant ourselves the grace to process our experiences, we tend to store them, leading to physical, emotional, and mental distress.

Those familiar with trauma release may know the book “The Body Keeps the Score,” which explores this concept and addresses how the soul can heal itself through the support of the body. Our past experiences can also be inherited by future generations, causing a snowball effect of distortions and leaving a deep impression on our souls.

🙌The good news is that everything can be healed, and any energy can be cleared through directed intention, knowledge, and illumination. Additionally, the soul is eternal and cannot be destroyed. This underscores the importance of energy work, which delves into deep places to help us reconnect with our pure, unadulterated essence, clearing the path for our light to shine through again.

As the divine feminine and divine mother energies rise, we’re witnessing a shift away from a power-driven society toward a more balanced world. We’re on a seemingly endless rollercoaster of change right now which is causing ripples in our bodies, minds, and spirits. Relationships with mother and father figures (both literally and archetypically) are a bit out of whack right now as we work through the imbalances between them. This might stir up some turbulence in our real-life connections with family members and within ourselves. It’s tough, but totally understandable.

If you’re feeling this strain in your relationships, there are tools out there to help ground you and bring you back to center. Energy work and Reiki, in particular, can be super helpful during this time. This latest installment of eclipse energy into 🔥-powered Aries season was one of the roughest rides I’ve been on in ages. It was the most brutally humbling reminder that my own personal healing journey is far from over. I was forced to stand bare before the heaviest parts of myself with my egoic pride slashed to bits as I came to realize this truth in all its icky, murky, twisted splendor.

There’s a harmful misconception that I bought into somewhere down the line about people who are healers: that you can only help others if you yourself are healed. It sounds completely ridiculous when I say it out loud, but somewhere deep down, I really believed that. I tried to pinpoint where this belief may have come from and I think I was fed a lot of negative ideas about “the wounded healer” somewhere back in my new age-upbringing. Regardless, it was time for it to go and this eclipse was the perfect opportunity to finally set it free⛓️‍💥

We are taught in so many ways to deny our human-ness and in this high speed, AI-enhanced world, it’s now more important than ever that we not allow our humanity to disappear in the process.

Only through learning to cradle these “imperfect” parts of ourselves with deep compassion and unconditional love, can we truly find healing. It’s a long road, and perhaps a lifetime of ebbs and flows, but it doesn’t mean the true divine essence doesn’t flow through each of us with our own unique style and flair. Being a conduit for energy is a constant process of forgetting and remembering this truth.

Dear ones, this is a journey we traverse together. There is no separation from the healer and the healing. To be in human experience dancing with the divine, we cannot deny our beautiful flaws…if they even deserve to be called such a name.

Ready to feel supported by a fellow human with flaws in your own healing journey? One who understands and acknowledges the difficulties you’re experiencing without judgement or condescension? One who came equipped with a painfully large heart that only feels satisfied when that love is channeled into every aspect of their service?
