Christ Memorial Health Center FREE Fitness Center in the South County area. After a brief orientation, those age 14 and up, are able to use our Fitness Center during open hours.

Christ Memorial Lutheran Church opened its free Health Center in 2005 as a way to offer hope and healing in a welcoming, supportive environment to the community. We want to show Christ’s love and send that message to anyone who seeks the benefits of a healthy body, mind, and spirit through fitness, education, and wellness services. Christ Memorial Health Center (CMHC) advocates holistic health to the community in the name of the healing Christ. After an initial Fitness Center orientation class, registered participants are welcome to visit the fitness center whenever open. Hours of operation for the Fitness Center, excluding holidays, are as follows:

Monday-Thursday 8am-11am & 3 pm-9pm & Friday and Saturday 8am-11am
