The Aid and Attendance (A&A) Pension provides benefits for veterans and surviving spouses who require the regular attendance of another person to assist in eating, bathing, dressing, and undressing or taking care of the needs of nature. Our Caregivers will provide your loved ones with the care, respect and patience that they are worthy of receiving. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson,
St. Francois, St. Genevieve, Iron, Butler, Cape, Perry, Bollinger, Madison,Ripley, Washington, and Wayne counties for both In-home and CDS. And our CDS only counties include: Crawford, Franklin, Gasconade, Lincoln, Maries, montgomery, Pike, St. Charles, and Warren.
