When it comes to the health of your teeth avoid sticky or chewy treats to limit the amount of time sugar sits in your moth. Chocolate is a top choice because it melts and dissolves allowing you to wash it back with water or a glass of cold, plain milk.

We totally appreciate sharing the love through yummy treats (I mean the way to the heart is through the stomach, am I right?!) so hopefully this tip helps as you rush to the store to pick out something special for your loves.

Also, don’t forget to brush and floss before bedtime!!
