My specialty is combining therapies for deep relaxation and pain relief to help restore balance within your body, mind and spirit. We begin with a conversation about your health goals and customize each session accordingly. At Moonshadow, I facilitate healing by working with the nervous system, the true messenger of pain. Sometimes these well-meaning pain signals get stuck in a loop and we have to “trick” the nervous system to stop sending danger signals to the brain so movement becomes safe again. Sometimes this involves deep pressure and sometimes it doesn't.

My TMJ treatment package is on sale for only $275 until December 31, 2025. It includes one 90-minute session with a thorough assessment and two follow-up sessions that are 60-minutes each.

This client purchased the package because they were dealing with vertigo. They were having dizzy spells at work, which involves doing construction work high above the ground. Pretty scary right?! The day after their third and final session they reported no more vertigo! 🙌🏼🤓

I've also been able to help with relieving headaches, jaw pain and sinus issues using this protocol. 💫

TMJ dysfunction is sometimes overlooked as a potential cause for symptoms like headaches or dizziness. Of course, if you clench or grind your teeth it's much more obvious. 💀
