Aetna is currently experiencing issues with the eligibility file. In the interim, providers can call our office to request medical benefits and verify eligibility. Aetna is working diligently to have this corrected as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

Please note if you are on one of the Anthem Medicare Plans with our office, this change does not impact you. You will only receive a new insurance card if you changed your Anthem Medicare Plan for 2026.

She will spend her well-earned retirement growing and investing in her non-profit “4 Walls and Beyond”, which offers assistance to the children of incarcerated parents. Aetna insurance cards will be mailed by tomorrow, December 23rd.

Starting January 1st, you can also access your card through the Viveka Health mobile app. The app gives you quick access to your insurance card, benefits, and provider search tools, all from your phone.

While most people are eligible for Medicare starting at 65, there are some exceptions. If you are deemed “totally and permanently disabled” by Social Security, or have end-stage renal disease, you are eligible for Medicare coverage at any age. If you meet either of these criteria before age 65, IMMEDIATELY contact the Benefit Office so we can work to avoid a lapse in your coverage and your benefits.
