The WIC Approved Food List is changing on October 1. But have no fear! WIC participants will receive the same amount of food with the same nutritional value each month!

You will also continue to receive the higher dollar amount for fruit and vegetable purchases each month!
• $26 per month for children.
• $47 per month for pregnant, some and nonbreastfeeding mothers.
• $52 per month for exclusively and mostly breastfeeding mothers and women pregnant with multiples.
• $78 per month for women exclusively breastfeeding multiples.

Reminder: WIC has a Breastfeeding Peer Counseling Program. Peer counselors are women in the community with personal breastfeeding experience who provide information and support to other mothers.
