☀️Day 1: Facelift surgeon *gets* a facelift.
is one of my very best friends and colleagues.
Dom and I have known each other for approximately 15 years, and over those years we have co-evolved from junior surgeons to two of the very small handful of current global leaders in facial rejuvenation surgery.
We routinely share publications, podiums, operating theaters, insights, and laughs all over the world.
My association with Dom has made me a better surgeon and happier person.
So, a few months ago, when he reached out for his own facelift, I said “it would be my honor.”
Dominic is 50.
Despite his profession, in true Omakase Facelift®️ fashion, he left all the decisions to me.
We settled on:
✅Deep necklift
✅Deep plane extended facelift
✅Conservative browlift
✅Lower blepharoplasty
✅Buccal fat reduction
✅Conservative upper blephatoplasty
✅A touch of fat transfer
✅CO2 laser of the lower eyelids only
🚫No full face laser resurfacing- he is happy with his skin texture already.
From the beginning of our discussion, Dom felt very strongly that he wanted to l share his journey publicly.
Why? Despite rapidly increasing male facelift popularity, male facelifts still seem taboo.
Dr. Bray wanted to smash that taboo, and also share the unique insights he will get from “tasting his own (facelift) medicine.”
🙏Dom, thank you so much for putting your trust in me. I’m proud to be your doctor (for now) and friend/colleague forever.
