🤬 Ashley, 50, was a tough case for many reasons.

First, she had significant filler irregularities under her eyes - despite previous attempts at reversal.

Second, she bled excessively during surgery. This made executing a safe surgery tedious and challenging, and required the use of the hemostatic “safety net” suturing (seen in her “day 1” photos) to decrease the chance of blood collection under the skin.

Finally, and most importantly, she was already beautiful and looking for a subtle yet powerful refresh.

Her deep plane facelift, deep necklift, minimal incision browlift, blepharoplasties, fat transfer, and lower eyelid laser resurfacing hit the mark.

She looks markedly – yet undetectably – rejuvenated.

She is herself, elevated.

🔥🔥🔥 4 Year Update 🔥🔥🔥

Brittanie is a laser specialist esthetician at Nayak Plastic Surgery/Avani Derm Spa.

4 years ago, as a 32 year old mother of 2, she felt that her neck wasn’t what it used to be.

Luckily, she “knew a guy…”

4 years ago, I performed a Deep Necklift and fat transfer to the jawline on her.

No other surgery (facelift, liposuction, buccal fat removal, etc) was performed.

She had:

⛔️NO incisions around her ears or hairline
⛔️ NO skin removal anywhere 🤯

Over these last 4 years, she had another child. She gained significant weight with the pregnancy, lost it all again, and now weighs 6 pounds less than the day of her surgery.

Liposuction with suture suspension…

…will never come close to the real deal!

John is 65 years old and his neck really, really bothered him.

In the “before” photos, he had already undergone both chin liposuction and suture suspension necklift.

They left him disappointed.

In the “after” photos, he is shown 8 months after deep plane extended facelift, deep necklift, and just enough of a brow lift to prevent his temples from bunching.

As with most cases, to really improve the neck maximally, I had to continue the lifting up past the jawline and into the brow.

Despite the face and browlift, he retains the handsome, smoldering look he has always had, and is not feminized in the least.

🚫⬆️ “Vertical” is the wrong direction to lift a face. I’ve been lifting faces for 22 years - but over the last 2-3, my results have been better than ever. Why? The deep plane facelift is unsurpassed in freeing the face in the appropriate layer - where the aging actually happens. Once that has been accomplished, deciding how far, and at what angle, each internal suture should move the face all comes down to judgment. I’m getting much more intuitive about the correct angle and degree to which the internal tissues should be moved for the best, most natural results. 🚫⬆️ And it’s never vertical. ✅ It absolutely matters - and I hope it shows!

Abbe, 52, was my live surgical model for the TeoNayak Masterclass in Istanbul 3 months ago.Her surgery consisted of upper blepharoplasty, browlift, preservation deep plane extended facelift, deep necklift, a touch of age-appropriate lip filler, and a lower eyelid TCA peel. Surgery went flawlessly, and the surgeons in attendance had a great opportunity to watch and learn. She is healing beautifully. Her bruising and lip stiffness have fully resolved. Her (normal) facial and scalp numbness has mostly resolved. Thank you, Abbe, for sharing your experience!

George is 73 and has been a friend and patient for over 15 years.

When we first met, I was doing his Botox and filler injections. About 10 years ago, I did his upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery.

Now, he is back for the rest:
