Our Story

Laser & Dermatologic Surgery Center is the premier center for cosmetic dermatology, laser skin treatments, and Mohs surgery in the St. Louis area. The board-certified dermatologists and Mohs Surgeons include George Hruza, MD, and Robert Weltman, MD. The wide array of cosmetic services are performed by Mary McKaig, BSN RN-Cosmetics and include BOTOX® and dermal fillers for facial lines and wrinkles, skin rejuvenation treatments including peels and microdermabrasions, KYBELLA® for double chin, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and more.

The clinic was opened by board-certified dermatologist George J. Hruza in 1999, after teaching dermatological surgery for 11 years. The staff also includes medical assistants, nurses, and a physician assistant, several of whom have been with the clinic for more than a decade.
