Our Mindfulness Spaces are perfect for Team-Building, Team-Bonding.

We've had numerous bookings since 2016, mostly corporate groups of up to 20 people.

They go to City Museum, St Louis, MO, do a Yoga class with one of our instructors. Then maybe a baseball or hockey game. Then Meditation. Then perhaps visit +/-ascend the Gateway Arch. Then prepare a wonderful meal together with ingredients they buy from Culinaria\Schnucks Downtown on the same block.

It's wonderful for getting reacquainted with your coworkers in a themed setting. It's part of Downtown Urgent Care & Primary Care, and our Health & Wellness mission.
