On Saturday, police were called to a Carondelet home after a mother saw Otis L. Woodard Sr., 40 on surveillance footage in her backyard wearing a dress leading her 3 year old away from the property
-The man allegedly let go of the child and followed the mother and child to their front porch, but fled before police arrived
-The man was later found by police and with first-degree attempted kidnapping
