We recently connected with a client who shared their struggle with feelings of alienation since the tender age of 6. Acknowledging the potential risk of severe depression, we swiftly moved to offer them assistance. With support and education, we targeted their issues using cognitive behavioral therapy to foster self-awareness and provide transformative insights. Our approach included teaching them distress tolerance skills which were essential to endure and manage the discomfort. Most importantly, we equipped them with strategies to cultivate self-compassion thereby fostering mental resilience while bringing about deep, restorative healing. We enabled them to better navigate their mental landscape and further prevent spiraling down to depression. The journey to mental wellness is not easy but it's worth it and we're here every step of the way.

Met with a client searching for guidance in building self-confidence and curtailing the habit of people-pleasing. We utilized individual counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to aid in their journey towards self-growth. During our session, we provided education on the concept that behaviors have a purpose and one must understand the reason behind them before expecting change. We look forward to further assisting this client in fostering self-understanding and confidence.
