Scenes from my day, celebrating the Winter Solstice
🌟🌟🌟

✨ led yoga with an amazing group of young adults (🙏thank you to )

✨ invited to help set the vibe at for the amazing Winter Solstice retreat (2nd photo credit to Glenna ☺️)

✨ made a pot of what is now referred to as “Solstice Soup” for my family

✨ lights out & ate dinner by candlelight together

✨& now to continue to lounge by the fire with the cat in my lap (& hope someone else does the dishes)

Feeling so much GRATITUDE as we head into this long night. So much to reflect on from the past year (many hard lessons), yet also so much hope for what’s to grow in the year ahead 🌟🌟🌟

Not gonna lie…I cried 🥹 I felt so honored to be such a close part of her journey & honestly humbled. So much gratitude to her for trusting me 💖

I’m going to miss seeing her & her sweet baby regularly. 💖

THIS SWEET BOY HAS THE BEST NEWBORN SCRUNCH EVER!!!

Welcome to the world baby boy!! Was such an honor to get to spend time with him & his mama!! She is such a rockstar & I LOVED pampering her a bit while getting to love on this little guy!

Reminding mom & dad they’ve got this 👊 & are doing an amazing job is SO IMPORTANT, especially for first time parents!! So proud of them! 🙌 What a lucky little guy! 💖
