September is PCOS Awareness Month.

1 in 10 women live with Polycystic O***y Syndrome.
Yet so many still go undiagnosed, unheard, and dismissed.

PCOS isn’t “just irregular periods.”
It’s infertility struggles.
It’s insulin resistance.
It’s cystic acne, weight gain, and hair growth in places you don’t want it.
It’s fatigue, anxiety, and depression.
It’s feeling like your own body is working against you.

And here’s the hard truth:
There is no cure.
But there is awareness.
There is advocacy.
There is education.
And there are women everywhere fighting every single day for their health and their voices to be taken seriously.

If you love someone with PCOS, listen to them. Support them. Stand with them.
Because awareness is the first step to change.

September is more than just another month.
It’s a reminder to break the silence around PCOS.
