After many years of service, the Missouri Eating Disorders Association will conclude its work and close at the end of 2025.

We share this news with deep gratitude for every donor, volunteer, educator, clinician and community partner who made our mission possible. Together, we provided thousands of Missourians with education, advocacy and hope through programs like Feed the Facts – changing lives for the better across the state.

Though this chapter is closing, the legacy of MOEDA lives on in the students educated, the myths dispelled and the lives touched.

Last year, more than 5,000 Missourians learned the facts about eating disorders from our Feed the Facts program.

This year, we're looking to significantly exceed that number! We want to reach more classrooms, teams and workplaces to build a future where the warning signs associated with eating disorders do not go unnoticed.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month.

Did you know individuals with eating disorders are at a significantly higher risk for su***de than the general population? Together, we can change that.

By recognizing the warning signs of eating disorders, spreading the facts and offering compassionate support, we can help prevent su***de and guide more people toward recovery.
