Feeling so grateful and blessed to offer this Tuesday morning yoga class at 9am 💕💕 For years, I practiced every Tuesday at 9am with a very special beautiful lady who became one of my most cherished teachers✨ I started her yoga class during my a time of major transition and in practice founde major transformation💜 When she moved down south to the land of cacti and canyons 🌵🦎 My Tuesdays just felt off- I really missed my Sangha (my yogi community) - I’ve continued my practice and keeping my Tuesday mornings open jnc 🤞🏼 🤞🏼🤞🏼and now I am so grateful to offer this class in honor of the class- the Sangha that guided me into healing, growing, transforming💕 Yoga in Gallery874 ✨✨ 9:00a Every TUESDAY ✨✨✨✨✨✨ 7259Lansdowne Ave ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Saint Louis MO 63119 ✨✨✨✨✨✨
