🧪I re-ran my labs after 4 months of wearing a CGM — and the changes honestly surprised me.

✅️My fasting glucose improved.
✅️My fasting insulin dropped.
✅️My ApoB improved.

❌️And I didn’t overhaul my life.
❌️I didn’t cut out entire food groups.
❌️I didn’t train harder.
❌️I didn’t add a handful of new supplements.

✅️I focused on stabilizing my blood sugar patterns.

🎢When blood sugar is dysregulated, it places stress on the entire endocrine system — adrenals, thyroid, and s*x hormones.

When you support it consistently, the downstream markers often respond.

This is why I care so much about looking upstream instead of chasing symptoms.

In this week’s Wellness Wednesday, I’m diving deeper into why foundational patterns — like blood sugar regulation — influence hormones more than most women realize.

💛If you’ve been trying “all the things” but still feel off, it may be time to zoom out and look at the bigger picture.

Most women think they’re “regular.”

But going every few days, needing coffee to go, or feeling incomplete afterward isn’t optimal — even if it’s common. 🤔

Healthy elimination supports more than comfort.
It plays a role in:

• Hormone clearance
• Inflammation levels
• Sleep quality
• Steadier energy

When digestion slows, symptoms often show up elsewhere — heavier PMS, bloating that builds through the day, feeling off without knowing why.

Small, consistent support can make a meaningful difference over time.

Save this if you’ve ever wondered what “normal” actually looks like.

We don’t talk about this enough… but we probably should 💩

If you’re not having regular, easy bowel movements, it doesn’t just affect comfort — it can influence hormones, sleep, inflammation, and overall energy.

Many women think they’re “regular,” but going every few days, straining, or relying on coffee to go is incredibly common — and often a sign the system needs more support.

In this week’s blog post, I break down:
• What healthy elimination actually looks like
• Why it matters for hormone balance
• Simple, foundational ways to support digestion

Healthy elimination isn’t glamorous — but it’s foundational.

😩Ever have a week when everything just feels harder?

Digestion feels off. Energy dips. PMS feels heavier. Even when nothing obvious has changed.

🧐I wrote a new blog post about why this happens — and how slowing down to support the nervous system can help digestion and hormones feel more regulated again.

This isn’t about fixing your body.
It’s about listening to what it’s asking for.

If this resonates, the full post is up on the blog. 💛
