The FREE 7 Foods in 7 Days – Add, Don’t Subtract Challenge kicks off Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. with a live Zoom call, and I’d love to have you there.
This is a simple, supportive way to tweak your current eating—no dieting, no cutting foods out, no pressure to be perfect. Each day, we’ll add one healing food into whatever you already eat, and I’ll show you exactly how I do it in real life.
Along with the daily food, I’ll share one short daily lesson on things like:
mindset
protein
fats
fiber
hormones
mindful eating
These are meant to support your health now and gently prepare you for the 7-week challenge some of you may choose to do later (again—no pressure).
