In case you don't get my emails .... I'm pregnant! Along with other great additions!

Harvey is very excited to be getting a sibling. I am 14 weeks along, baby #2 is due March 4th. So, if you have seen me these last few months and I have looked a little green now you know why. Also, big news is Harvey got into the full-time program at his school so I can open my hours back up and be able to work more. I have taken it easy during this first trimester, but I know I will start feeling better soon and plan to try to work as much as possible in the 2nd trimester to prepare for 3rd as well as maternity leave. I have no plans to stop working as I love what I do too much. After baby #2 comes my hope is to link up with some mom friends to do babysitting trades. Another option is going back to working nights and weekends. As always, I will keep you all updated on my life and work changes. I have decided to open back up my normal massage option during my second trimester to give that option before baby girl comes. I also have been reflecting this month as it is my 10-year anniversary of moving back to St. Louis and establishing Zen Jen Intuitive Massage Therapy here again. It has been a big 10 years and I'm so thankful for all of you my clients for being a part of my journey and letting me come along yours.

I am still going to be co facilitating a weekend retreat October 24th-26 near Branson MO. There are still spots available in the house. This is going to be such a restorative and healing experience. Photo evidence of a successful energy healing session!!!

One of my massage clients wanted to give one of my energy healing sessions a try. She had been dealing with extreme pain during her periods. Desperate for relief and answers she set up a doctor’s appointment and found out she had Endometriosis and adenomyosis.

After she received the diagnosis she set up an appointment with me. After the session she reported feeling very good and relaxed. She said she felt like she was in a bubble bath and the bubbles were gently popping.

Later that night she sent this picture to a group text with another one of our friends , stating that “ went a little extra with dinner tonight” We both thought it was amazing and super cute. Then I texted her that this picture is great physic proof that we had a successful energy healing session because I did a lot of work on her sacral chakra because of where the pain was around her uterus. Sacral chakra when in alignment and open assists with creative expression!

I told her to let me know how she felt during her next period. And to really tune in to how she felt and any thoughts the following weeks leading up to the next period. She reported that the pain and bleeding was definitely better this cycle!

I’m so excited to have assisted in this healing for her. We all have the ability to heal, gain insights and clarity for ourselves.

Officemate spotlight gush!!
Dr. Anne is a chiropractor but like a special amazing magical one!!! ✨✨✨

She doesn’t do the typical pop and crack but instead has a ton of different light gentle techniques that have big profound healing!!!

I have seen her for many different issues.
1.) pelvic pain after childbirth. - I had pretty uncomfortable pain in my pelvis when walking or just anytime . After a couple sessions with her it was gone!!! Like gone gone , didn’t come back
2.) volleyball player , although now in a current retirement 😂 due to sprained ankles . - bad ankle pain and wanted support in the healing journey of it. She did her magic on the ankle and my whole body making sure I was aligned and supported top to bottom. Healed faster and stronger!!
3.) depression and anxiety due to motherhood and well just life. Her emotional assessments are always spot on and the energy healing she brings is amazing and lasting.

These are just a few things I have seen her for outside of the normal aches and pains I see her for, for maintance care because I have a physical job and life and need support so I don’t injure myself.
