As I step into 2026, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect—and I’m filled with gratitude. Thank you to every client who supported my business in 2025 by booking, rebooking, referring friends, and trusting me with your care. None of it is ever taken for granted. ✨

Last year marked a meaningful milestone for me as well. I graduated from massage school and continued learning what it truly means to grow into this work. Since starting out on my own, I’ve learned so much—not only through education, but through my clients and through other massage therapists who generously share their knowledge, experience, and support.

To the friends who generously volunteered their time so I could practice before I officially opened—thank you. I couldn’t have done this without you.

I’m excited and looking forward to everything 2026 has in store. Whether I’ve worked with you before or we haven’t met yet, I hope our paths cross this year. 🤍

My favorite way to start Thanksgiving Day is with a turkey trot with friends, then on to the food. I’m so grateful for the organizations that put these races on every year. There were around 6,700 (you read that right) at the Kirkwood Webster Groves Turkey Trot this year—amazing! I love seeing so many families and friends celebrating the day together.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. I hope your day is warm, calm, and genuinely wonderful.

I FINALLY made it to Tilted Heads Pet Bakery & Coffee Shop in Valley Park today. What a delightful visit—the owners are welcoming, personable, and you can tell how much they love coffee and animals! My coffee was perfect, as was the service. The bandanas and collars they make are downright adorable. They also sell items made by other local talent. If you're in the area (maybe after hiking at Castlewood), swing by and say hello! They'd love to see you.
