I am also a Usui and Kundalini Reiki Master. I combine trauma informed care with holistic healing to provide massive transformation in the lives of my clients. I am a recovering addict and trauma survivor. I spent years struggling with my own mental health and attempts to recover from addiction until I began my healing journey. It began for me following the divorce from my ex husband that prompted

me going through my dark night of the soul. In 2013 I became intentional about my life in a true and holistic way: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional. I was attuned to Reiki Master and spent 4 years going through my own healing journey and working on my education to become a Licensed Practicing Counselor. In 2017 I began my journey of becoming a holistic based business owner and in 2021 I went fully into private practice and now offer Holistic Therapy, Mentoring, Reiki/Intuitive Healing, Guided Meditations, Workshops, Online Groups, and Courses that powerfully impact and create revolutionary change in the lives of those that I work with.
