If your cycle is changing… that’s a warning sign.

Your period is actually one of the clearest indicators of what’s happening with your hormones and metabolism.

So when things start shifting — your body is usually trying to tell you something.

Maybe your cycle suddenly gets shorter.

Maybe it gets longer.

Maybe PMS becomes worse than it used to be.

Maybe your period gets heavier… or lighter.

Maybe ovulation symptoms disappear.

Maybe you start spotting before your period.

These changes don’t just happen randomly.

They usually point to something deeper going on like:

• progesterone dropping
• estrogen metabolism issues
• chronic stress and cortisol dysregulation
• blood sugar instability
• thyroid dysfunction
• gut inflammation affecting hormone clearance

Most women are told this is just a “normal hormone change.”

But many times it’s actually an early signal that your hormones are under stress.

And the earlier you understand what’s happening, the easier it is to support your body and bring things back into balance.

Your cycle isn’t just your period.

It’s one of the most important monthly reports your body gives you.

And when it starts changing, it’s worth paying attention.

comment “CYCLE” If you’re ready to take action in getting this fixed. 💓

you’re not “too sensitive”
you’re not “doing too much”
and your body isn’t just randomly reacting

when something feels off…
there’s usually a reason

but when everything gets labeled as stress, anxiety, or “normal”
you stop looking for the root

and start trying to manage symptoms instead

pushing through
adjusting your routine
adding more on

when the issue isn’t that your body can’t handle things

it’s that something underneath hasn’t been addressed

and your body is responding exactly how it should

this is why I don’t stop at surface-level answers

because once you understand what’s actually going on…
you don’t have to fight your body anymore

✨if you’ve been feeling off and can’t quite figure out why, comment “HEAL” and I’ll send you my exact process.

When a new client comes to me struggling with weight gain, hormone issues, gut problems, or chronic fatigue…

The first thing I don’t do is throw them on a random protocol.

Because guessing isn’t what makes healing.

The first thing I do is look at what’s been overlooked.

I want to see what their cortisol is doing across the entire day — morning, noon, evening, and night.

I want to see how their body is actually metabolizing estrogen.

Is progesterone being produced in the second half of the cycle?

Are testosterone and DHEA where they should be?

I want to see what’s happening in the gut —
bacterial balance, inflammation, digestion markers, yeast, parasites, dysbiosis.

And I want to look at the metabolic side too:

• fasting insulin
• blood sugar
• inflammatory markers
• thyroid markers beyond just TSH (free T3, free T4, reverse T3, antibodies)

Because so many women are told their labs are “normal” when no one actually looked deep enough.

Once I have the full picture, then we build the plan.

Because the plan should fit your biology — not force your body into someone else’s protocol.

If you’re tired of guessing and want to actually see what your body is doing behind the scenes, that’s exactly what we do inside my program.

DM “CHANGE’.

there’s a version of you that knows something is wrong
before anyone else does

and it’s one of the most isolating places to be

because you look “fine”
your labs are “normal”
and yet your body is telling a completely different story

so you start questioning yourself
pushing through
trying to explain something you can’t fully prove yet

until one day… it’s no longer ignorable

and you realize you were never wrong
you were just unheard

this is why I don’t dismiss symptoms
this is why I don’t stop at “normal”
this is why I look deeper

because I know what it feels like
to live in a body that doesn’t make sense
and to be the only one taking it seriously

and no one should have to navigate that alone 💕
if you’ve ever felt like something was off but couldn’t get clear answers, comment “HEAL” and I’ll show you where I’d start
