Hey everyone! 🎉 Exciting progress today! We're making great strides with the pillars and wrapping up the stone and grout work. Our drywall team has also been busy tackling the bathroom delete and getting everything ready to patch up the holes from the electrical and plumbing installation. 🚧 Can you believe permits and inspections are on the horizon? 🌟 It’s Dumpster Day, everyone! 🎉 Today’s big mission? Tackling the mountain of debris in our main room! And wow, is it a doozy! 😅 But guess what? We crushed it! 💪 Not only did we clear that space, but we also pulled up the last bits of old carpet, making way for something fresh and fabulous! 🚀✨ Stay tuned as we transform this space into our new home! We can’t wait to share our progress with you all! 🏗️💚

Today is all about the pillars getting their makeover. The wood, fiber wire wrap, and scratch coat was applied in preparation for stone. I think you'll like how the finished product looks.
My old flooring/backsplash/stone & tile experience is coming in handy big time! Of course there's always drywall mud to work on too.

Exciting progress today! 🚧✨ The plumbers are hard at work, kicking off the transformation by removing the old toilet and floor drain. They’re capping them off below where our shiny new adjusting bay 01 will soon take shape. 🚽🔧 Plus, our new sink is a step closer to reality with brand new water lines installed! 💦

The crew's been busy patching up those pesky holes in the floor and fixing the drywall, ensuring everything looks fresh and ready for the next stage. And let’s not forget the entryway—it’s getting a facelift too with a good sealing and patching!

Our shiny new tables are finally here! 🎉💼 The wall base is looking spiffy after some repairs, and the old flooring has made way for the fresh vibes coming your way. Hey everyone! 😊 It’s Day 4 of our demolition adventure, and things are really starting to take shape! The entryway tile is gone, and we’ve also stripped the flooring from both bathrooms—talk about progress! 🚧✨

Today, our awesome electricians swung by and worked their magic, putting all the lights on one main switch and cleaning up those pesky hanging wires. They even added a new light switch for the back room—how cool is that? Huge shoutout to Yaeger Electric for always having our back and serving the Affton community! 🙌💡

Our general contractor was busy too, kicking off the work on bumping out the bathroom wall and sealing up the removed bathroom overhang. The debris pile is definitely getting bigger, but we’re one step closer to our dream space! Stay tuned for more updates! 🛠️❤️
