EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill is now accepting applications, marking a milestone that brings us closer to welcoming residents into this vibrant, mixed-income community on May 1.

EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo is EverTrue's newest Affordable Housing Community, meeting a need for stable and safe housing for older adults in St. Louis City.

EverTrue — alongside our valued partners at Tower Grove CDC (Tower Grove Community Development Corporation) — is focused on building community-centered, collaborative models that provide a foundation for better health, easier accessibility and social connections essential for healthy aging.

Nikki Jennings, EverTrue's Corporate Director of Affordable Housing , toured Crockett Worthington and Bruce Ladd from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development around EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill this week, showcasing the community that is scheduled to open May 1 to 64 new older adult residents.

In addition to touring the apartment and community layout, Nikki, Crockett and Bruce discussed the long-term demographic, economic and health trends that are converging to create a need for stable, reasonably-priced housing. EverTrue has dedicated itself to growing this housing option, providing more than 1,000 residents affordable housing opportunities in and around the St. Louis region.

EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill is our exciting new build in a diverse, multicultural neighborhood. Much like the other 14 affordable housing communities EverTrue offers in and around the St. Louis region, this option supports both the history and the future of the surrounding area.

• 15 Affordable Housing Communities
• 1 specialized 55+ independent living community
• 8 EverTrue Anywhere Care programs and services
Nearly 4,000 team members across three states support older adults and their families each day with compassion, expertise and dedication.

In 2025, EverTrue received more than 30 awards and recognitions for organizational and employee excellence, reflecting the consistent focus on quality and mission-driven service.
By reinvesting millions of dollars back into our nonprofit work each year, EverTrue continues to expand access, enhance services and strengthen the future of aging services.

EverTrue Rose Hill House residents were thrilled to welcome Irish bluegrass sensation, JigJam,
for a special one-hour performance. Organized by an EverTrue Rose Hill House resident’s granddaughter, the band made the visit personal and meaningful for all who attended.

Professional live music is a happy treat for residents, and this powerhouse quartet delivered. Known for performances at such places as Grand Ole Opry, the band shared their incredible talent for a few hours, providing foot-stomping fun that made everyone excited for St. Patrick’s Day!

One highlight? A song they wrote about St. Louis, a moment that made the afternoon even more special.

Our thanks to JigJam and all those who partner with our communities to bring live music right to our door. We are always honored to have talented performances entertaining our residents, team members, family and friends!

Today, we honor the millions of caregivers who show up every day with compassion, patience and strength.

National Caregivers Day recognizes the sometimes unseen physical and emotional support caregivers provide to those living with chronic illness, disabilities, dementia or aging-related needs.

EverTrue is proud to stand beside caregivers in meaningful ways. We were selected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to participate in GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience), a groundbreaking Medicare model designed to support individuals living with dementia and the people who care for them. Through EverTrue’s Anywhere Care services, GUIDE delivers community-based support, addressing clinical and everyday needs while helping reduce caregiver strain. https://ow.ly/lTGR50Yfqhu
