The Missouri Care Planning Council (MoCPC) and Purcell and Amen - Attorneys at Law, Your Estate Matters L.L.C. are proud to assist with National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) on Monday, April 16th. The initiative is a collaborative effort of national, state and community organizations committed to ensuring that all adults with decision-making capacity in the United States have the information and opportunity to co...mmunicate and document their healthcare decisions. The mission of NHDD is to encourage all Americans to consider, discuss and document their advance healthcare wishes, and encourage healthcare providers to better honor those wishes. There will be free information regarding advance directives, along with Purcell and Amen – Attorneys at Law, L.L.C. Attorneys, Staff and MoCPC members to notarize directives and answer questions at each location during the designated times on Monday, April 16th. Everyone over the age of 18 should have an advance directive completed. We hope to see you at one of our locations to complete yours for FREE!
