I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, graduating in May 2025. I am currently completing the required supervision hours toward clinical licensure in the state of Georgia.
My counseling experience has primarily focused on working with adults, and I’ve recently expanded my practice to include adolescents. My therapeutic approach draws from Reality Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Interventions (CBI), with an emphasis on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and achieve meaningful change.
I’ve called Camden County, Georgia home since 2020, where I live with my husband and our four children. I'm passionate about supporting individuals in our community as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward personal growth.
